Should You Come to a Game . . .

Should you come to an Old Timer's baseball game, you might notice that most of the vehicles east of the ball park are parked facing away from the field.  That is because, if driven straight in, the sun reflects off the slanted windshields, causing the right fielder--way out there in No-Man's-Right-Mind-Land--to stare at home plate with a line of glare where the batter is probably standing, although one cannot be sure of that and, given septuagenarian footspeed, it might not matter, anyway.

"If you can dream it, you can do it."

The games start at about 9:00 A.M. in the summer, but the moon takes its time getting out of the way.  That is a 10:30 moon.
